This involved project management to identify and execute a sales strategy to enhance market share. Success was achieved by partnership relationships and working closely to identify, discover and deliver the needs of the Medical Profession. The years 2006, 2005, and 2004 were particularly successful measured by sales versus target for lead product.

Responsible for the sales and commercialisation of SKB vaccines portfolio to specialist Health Care Professionals. I developed a business plan and strategy for the full product range for Scotland and Northern Ireland. This involved organising 12 high profile clinical meetings, significantly developing key account customers, and advising on the establishment of travel vaccine clinics. Significant growth was achieved and resulted in bonus being paid.
