Preparing to fish. Preparing to cast, Rods, Reels, Lines , Leaders, Knots, Flies and how they all link together. Casting and retrieve for fishing. |

| Health and safety, Introduction to casting safely on the lawn. Connections between fly, line, rod, hand, arm head, feet. Knots, How does it all work to achieve effortless casting. | |
| 11:00 a.m. | On the Lawn Developing and understanding basic casting technique on the lawn. Aim, to lay out a 40- 50 foot line on the lawn, in a straight line to target with reasonable precision accuracy and delicately. |
| 12.00 p.m. | On the Lawn Learning to shoot line and modifying technique matched to individual's learning curve. |

| 02:00 p.m. | On the Lawn Mastering, developing and refining technique to shoot out line to targets, relative to individuals' progress. |
